CSI (Customer Satisfaction
Indexing) is a systematic program for monitoring business
performance by gaining feedback from our customers.
After a vehicle has been repaired at Dick
Taylor Automotive, a representative from CSI
Complete will contact our customer.
CSI Complete
is an independent, third party that will ask a brief list
of questions concerning the quality of the repair work and
the customer's satisfaction with the repair process. They
then send us monthly reports detailing how well we have served
our customers.
This process allows us to get frank, unbiased
feedback and helps us to maintain our unsurpassed level of
service.
