We guarantee the collision and refinishing repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.

If your vehicle is going to be finished before we close at 5:00 p.m. we have a customer courtesy shuttle service to pick-up and drop off our customers. If it will be after 5:00 p.m. talk with your Customer Service Representative about arranging what will work with your schedule or other options that may be available.

We guarantee it. With our Car-O-Liner computerized frame measuring and straightening machine to our Hunter computerized 4-wheel alignment machine we are confident your car will drive as good if not better than it did before the accident.

Yes you can. Please report to the front office when arriving and your Customer Service Rep can walk you back to your vehicle to inspect the process and answer any questions you may have.

Some insurance companies may require us to install aftermarket parts. If these parts are being used, we will thoroughly inspect the parts to make certain that the quality or safety of your vehicle is not compromised.

Yes we can. We can handle everything from the initial estimate, setting up a rental / loaner vehicle, to picking up your vehicle. Once your vehicle is in the shop, if we discover any hidden damage when your vehicle is disassembled, we will work with the insurance company to get the additional parts / repairs approved. We will ensure that the repairs are completed and your vehicle put back to pre-accident condition. 

If you are the claimant, (other person's insurance paying for repairs) the insurance company will pay for a rental vehicle  while yours is being repaired. If it is your insurance company paying for the repairs and you don't have rental car coverage or you are paying out of pocket, we have a fleet of free loaner vehicles we can put you in at no charge (with proper transferrable insurance coverage).

NO. You have the right to have your car repaired where you want to. You only need 1 estimate from the shop of your choice.

With most policies, YES. Normally the insurance will pay for a rock chip to be repaired, if is unrepairable your deductible will apply to the cost of a new windshield.

If we are replacing a windshield or back glass, depending on if the glass has bolts or is urethaned will determine the amount of time we would need the vehicle for. Most windshields and back glasses are installed using urethane, which would require 2-3 hours to fully cure. If the glass is bolted in or we are replacing a door glass, we can usually have it done with 1-2 hours.
